3． 设备能力 中国乃至世界范围内，几乎没有专为U型玻璃设计的钢化炉。市面上大部分U型玻璃的钢化都是依托小型钢化炉生产，其稳定性及设备能力很难做出合格的U型玻璃。阿普尔的钢化炉为超大型U型玻璃钢化炉，其加热、冷却能力远超U型玻工艺的要求。此外，该生产线自动化程度极高，严格控制了每个关键工艺参数，且不断检测每个微小的工艺变化，从而保证成品的质量稳定。

平面热弯玻璃和普通单曲面热弯玻璃的性价比一般，不然钢化玻璃性价比高。热弯玻璃通做隔断常用来作为钢化玻璃的补充，热弯玻璃的价格较钢化玻璃高，强度较低(或者说需要更厚的玻璃达到强度要求，或者需要使用夹层热弯)。热弯玻璃通常用来制作曲面隔断，或者对玻璃表面应力斑和风斑要求较高的情况下使用较多。
